MATCHMAKING PROCESS IN FEW STEPS
1. Registration
7th September 2021 - 26th October 2021
During the registration you can set when you want to be available for meetings. This determines up to how many meetings you can have. Register via the green "Register now" button.
ATTENTION!
Participants who select On-site attendance can attend a session both remotely and on-site, if this session is defined as a hybrid session. These participants will be able to adjust their attendance type according to their preferences for these hybrid sessions.
Participants who choose Remote attendance will only be able to attend sessions remotely.
2. Set up a profile
Next you create a profile in English that will be visible to other signed up
attendees on the event website. This profile describes what you are looking for and what can you offer to potential partners. Clear and concise business profile increase your chance to find partnership.
Please note that it is mandatory to fill in at least one Marketplace Opportunity. The section called Marketplace is use to describe your offer and/or request to potential partners so thanks to it you can faster find partnership and/or be found by another Event's participant.
Your registration is finished once your profile is activated by the organizers. Only profiles relevant to the event and in accordance with the mentioned participation rules will be activated.
Your profile will be published and promoted on this website and everyone has access to it before, during and after the event.
3. Request meetings
1st October 2021 - 28th October 2021 (5:00 P.M.)
Now you can start to receive and send meetings requests to attendees you want to meet at the event. Be active not reactive - usually that gives better effects.
4. Build connections
28th October 2021 - 29th October 2021
A few days prior to the event, the exact time for your meeting will be scheduled. You can always check it online in "My agenda" or "Meetings". Meetings will take place virtually.
How do I connect to my virtual meetings?
Login to your profile > Click on section "Meetings" on the top > Click on the green button "Meeting starts in ..."
In respect to your potential future business partner be on time defined for the given meetings, preferably 5 minutes before, as you can check connection etc.
Please be informed that you do not need any additional software, only an up-to-date web browser, a microphone and for your choice a webcam.
You can log in on your profile also by download the b2match app (iOS/Android) on your phone.
